Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Agency Status

World Of Travel Sydney acts solely as an agent for airlines, tour operators, cruise lines, accommodation providers and other travel suppliers. We do not own, manage or control the services provided. All bookings are made on your behalf and are subject to the individual terms and conditions of the relevant supplier in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Pricing & Quotations

All prices are subject to availability and may change without notice until full payment is received and travel documents are issued. Variations may occur due to supplier adjustments, currency fluctuations, government taxes or limited availability. A quotation does not constitute confirmation of services.

3. Deposits & Payment

A deposit or full payment may be required to secure services. Payment deadlines will be advised at time of booking. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation and forfeiture of funds. Payment constitutes formal acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and all applicable supplier fare rules.

4. Service & Administration Fees

World Of Travel Sydney may charge professional service fees for consultation, booking, amendments, cancellations and payment processing. Agency service fees are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.

5. Amendments & Cancellations

All amendments and cancellations are strictly governed by the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier. Certain fares and services may be non-refundable or incur substantial penalties. In addition to supplier charges, an agency administration fee may apply.

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed in accordance with supplier policies and may take several weeks or longer depending on the provider. Service fees charged by World Of Travel Sydney remain non-refundable.

7. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended at the time of booking to protect against unforeseen circumstances including cancellation penalties, medical expenses and travel disruption.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring passport validity, visa compliance, health requirements and accuracy of all booking details. All documentation must be reviewed within 24 hours of receipt. World Of Travel Sydney accepts no liability for losses arising from incorrect information or failure to meet travel requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of services booked through World Of Travel Sydney.
